KVKK and Privacy Policy

Within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), FMK Hydraulic Crane attaches great importance to the security and privacy of your personal data. This text has been prepared to inform you transparently about the operation of our website and our personal data processing policies.

No Data Collection via the Website

Our corporate website (fmkhidrolikvinc.com) functions solely as a digital product catalog. There is no membership system, contact form, newsletter subscription or online payment infrastructure on our website. Therefore, personal data such as name, surname, email or phone number is NOT COLLECTED automatically during your visit to our website.

Data Processed When You Contact Us Directly

If you voluntarily contact our company via the phone numbers, WhatsApp line or email address on our website, the personal data you share (identity, contact and request/complaint information) is processed only for the following purposes:
